On August 5, 2018, a delegation from the Ministry of China led by Jin Xin, director of the contemporary world research center of the Ministry of China, came to Nigeria's China Chamber of Commerce to discuss with enterprises. The participants included Lin Jing, a member of the Chinese Embassy in Nigeria, and leaders of many enterprises including China Turkmenistan, Sida times, Sinoma construction, China power construction, China communications service, and Anhui construction engineering.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Lin Gongshen introduced the purpose of the visit and topics he hoped to discuss with the enterprises, and then the enterprises spoke in turn.
